How to Place a Memorial Donation

Step #1 - Navigate to Place a Donation.

Step #2 - There will be two options to choose from - Credit Card or Check. Click on the payment method you intend on using.

Step #3 - A list of charities will appear based on the payment method you chose. Select one of those charities.

Step #4 - There will also be the option to select a Family Preferred Charity. The list will appear on the right side.

Step #5 - Enter the donor information and any special instructions for the charity then Continue.

Step #6 - Choose an amount for donation.

Step #7 - If this charity only accepts checks, select Continue. If the charity accepts credit card, enter the credit card information then Continue.

Step #8 - You will receive a Success Screen. Select the Continue button.

Step #9 - Enter who the donation is from.

Step #10 - The donor can choose a pre-set message or enter a new one.

Step #11 - The donor has the option of sending a donation card.

Step #12 - Click Continue to complete the donation process. The donation will then be displayed in the Book of Memories.
