The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Károly (Charles) Hörcsök can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolences

Condolence From: Frank Reilly
Condolence: Our thoughts and prayers are with the Horcsok family at this time. I remember Mr Horcsok taking such pleasure in keeping a wonderful garden back on Grovetree back in the day. He always had a contagious smile and was such a happy man. He was a great Dad to Zoltan. He has given so much to his family over the years. Our deepest sympathies are with the family. Frank, Kathie, Aidan, Colin and Matthew Reilly.

Condolence From: The Valle's
Condolence: Mrs. Horcsok, Zoltan, Andrea and Alexa, Our deepest condolences on the passing of Charles. Losing a husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather is always painful and heartbreaking We only had a brief opportunity to meet him when he frequented the Jackson street parties. The fact that he was self-made, generous and made a life for his family when he came in 1956 speaks volumes. With sadness, Tony, Mary, Isabella and Devon Valle

Condolence From: Al Strathdee
Condolence: Our thoughts and prayers are with the Horcsok family at this difficult time. Charles was a man of virtue and a hard worker who provided well for his family. We also had great admiration for his quiet sense of humour. May you find peace in the memories of such a great role model and family man. Al, Gloria, Billy, Andrea and Rachel Strathdee.
