Condolences
Hi Jackie,Karen,Roberta,Brian;
Sorry to hear about the passing of your husband and dad. Where have the years gone? I would love to hear from you.
You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Jane
My deepest condolences to Mr. Sutherland's family. My fondest memories when I joined Faskens in 1987 were of Mr. Sutherland and the consummate gentleman that he was. I thoroughly enjoyed our little talks and although he had several health issues later in life including Parkinson's, he did not let it stop him from continuing to enjoy life and to always maintain a positive attitude. His joie to vivre was infectious.
May you rest in peace Mr. Sutherland. You were a great man with the kindest heart.
Angela Alvaro
Jackie,
My deepest sympathy to you and your family at the loss of Bob. My thought and prayers are with you.

Bob Sutherland’s passing represents a tremendous loss not only to his family, but to all who worked with him, who remember him, and who wish to follow his example. My heartfelt sympathy to Jackie and family. Personally, I am deeply saddened to know that he is gone.
If Bob were reviewing this, as he did when I was an articling student in 1973, he would say with that faux brusqueness of his: "Get to the point Harrison". So here goes : Bob, you were loved and respected by everyone who worked with you, You will be missed forever, but your legacy lives on in your loving family.
Bob was a consummate gentleman. All who dealt with him respected his wisdom and judgment. He was extremely kind and gentle, a decent human being and a great role model. We will miss him. Our deepest sympathies to the family.
